After finishing this course, participants will be able to:

1. Understand all required aspects of lesson planning according to Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) guidelines.

2. Write lesson plans using the principles of emergent curriculum and regularly incorporate individualizations for each child in the classroom.

3. Build and implement interdisciplinary lesson plans that meet multiple ELG standards and engage learners.

4. Create engaging and purposeful lesson plans for children from birth to age 5 that are driven by Oklahoma ELGs and align with their age, interests, and development.
