Refund & Exchange Policy for Online Courses

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your online course enrollment or voucher must be unused. Courses that have been completed, or partially completed are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Partial refunds and exchanges are not provided under any circumstances.


Once we have confirmed that your course has not been fully or partially completed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Price or Free Courses

Sale-priced items are potentially eligible for refunds.  Free courses cannot be refunded.


We can transfer your enrollment from one course to another if you sign up for the wrong course by accident.  If you need to exchange one or more course enrollments, please contact us at [email protected].

Enrollments Purchased on Your Behalf

If someone else purchased a course enrollment for you, we can only refund or exchange the course at the request of the purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Course enrollments and vouchers are delivered electronically.  There are no physical goods to ship related to an exchange or return.
